Make Equal uses this policy in responding to people on social media. Be inspired or use this guide!
- Respond with respect – credibility is strengthened by responding respectfully to people with different opinions.
- Quality assurance – make sure that someone else in your organization reads your posts before they are published.
- Do not answer the exact same thing on different posts and questions.
- Apologize – correct yourself if you have said something wrong, and apologize as quickly as possible.
- Save questions and answers. Save the answers to common critical questions in a document.
