Guide Report offensive or harassing content on Snapchat

The Cyber Hate Assistant has put together a guide to how you can report offensive content on Snapchat. It could be harassing or otherwise inappropriate content that violates the community policy

How to report a user:

  1. Go to the profile page.
  2. Click on the three dots in the top right of the profile.
  3. Click “report”.

How to report a snap or story:

  1. While you view the snap or story, tap and hold until a flag appears in the bottom left corner.
  2. Click on the flag.
  3. Follow the instructions to submit your report.  

Remember that everyone who provides public digital services where people can post content, such as Snapchat, is responsible for monitoring the service and for removing and preventing the proliferation of content that is not compliant with certain laws and regulations.
